This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and handle information that can identify you, or is linked to you (referred to as your "personal information"), when you access our Site or play a game (a "Developer Game") created by an independent game developer who uses our Services (a "Developer"). By using our Site or Services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

We collect personal information in the course of providing our services, including when you play a Developer Game. The categories of information we collect include, but are not limited to:
• Personal Information from Developer Games: When you play a Developer Game, we may gather various types of personal information that you provide. This includes:
-Contact Details: Your first and last names, email address, residential address, and mobile or other phone numbers, which are necessary for registration, communication, and customer support.
-Personal and Account Information: This includes your gender, age or age range, image, account login details such as username, password, and profile-associated pictures, allowing us to personalize your experience and ensure secure access to our services.
-Communication Information: Any communication shared between you and other players, or between you and our support team, via email, posts, or other communication methods that enable us to support and interact with users.
-Third-Party Information: Information provided by third parties, such as platform providers, which helps us understand your use of our services or your interest in our games.
-Location Information: This includes data derived from your mobile device or IP address when accessing our services, where legally permitted to do so.
-Activity, Technical, and Device Information: This includes your usage data (e.g., website usage, service interactions), technical data (hardware model, device type), device identifiers (such as operating system, browser type, and IP address), and interaction data (e.g., time spent on our sites, preferred content). These data points help us improve our services and provide you with a seamless experience.

• Payment and Purchase Processing: To process in-game purchases, manage billing, and update your account balance to reflect transactions.
• Game Feature Provision: To offer in-app messaging, chat, performance records, and other in-game features such as customization and content sharing.
• Game Support: To provide customer support and technical assistance related to Developer Games, including handling queries and resolving issues.
• Service Improvement: To measure service performance, fix issues, enhance features, test new products, and continuously improve your experience.
• Advertising Effectiveness: To evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns, and to tailor our advertising efforts based on how you interact with our content.

• Marketing: To send you marketing materials that align with your preferences and interests, to inform you of new products and services, and to promote our offerings.

• Rights Enforcement: To monitor, investigate, and enforce violations of our Terms of Service and ensure compliance with agreements made with third parties.

2. Sharing

Despite our security measures, due to the inherent insecurity of the internet, we cannot guarantee 100% security of the information you send to us. However, we take significant steps to protect your data.
After you uninstall our software or stop using our services, we will delete all your data within three months. If you clear your data through the internal software settings, we will immediately delete locally stored data and remove all server-stored data within one month.
3. Advertising
If you do not wish for us to use the collected information for advertising purposes, you can opt out at any time. Note the following:
Operational Data: Even if you opt out of advertising, we may still collect certain data for operational purposes, such as fraud prevention.

We do not expect or encourage you to send us confidential or proprietary information. Any information you send will be considered non-confidential, and by submitting it, you grant us the right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute it without compensation. We will not use your name unless legally required or with your permission.

We respect children's privacy and are committed to complying with applicable laws concerning minors, such as the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
